2. To introduce my favourite sport

4. An interesting thing

It is impossible to recall all the past, but I can assure you that my childhood is a pleasant one to me.

When I was in kinder garden, I was very popular with my playmates because of my naughtiness. Once I made an arrow, with which I hurt one of my playmates and received scolding from my mother afterwards.

When I grew up, my father and mother dare not allow me to play outside. But sometimes when we had time they would bring me to the parks, movies and went swimming.

I like swimming very much. Thank them for teaching me swimming. I like to play with my friends because I was only a girl. My mother often scolded me when I didn't get home after school but never too severely.

I love my parents. I do think it is one of the best years in my whole life.

5. My best friend

Lily is my close friend who I came to know in No.2 Middle School.

She is a teacher. She gave me a sharp impression when we met at the first time. Through chatting, we found that we have many common favorites, and finally we came to be friends.

Lily is tall and slender with white skin, long-black hair and a blue-frame glasses. She looks beautiful and graceful. She has good characters of considerate and gentle. So she is easy to get along with.

Lily is good at singing and dancing. She also has many other favorites, such as swimming outdoors, reading, surfing and so on. So she is a modern and intellectual young girl with diverse abilities and knowledge.

英语歌曲大联唱开始了，首先上场的是三年级，他们迈着整齐的脚步向主席台走去，一上台，就面带微笑，笑得那么灿烂。美妙的伴奏声响起来了，他们的歌声也响起来了。时间一分一秒地过去，终于到我们班了。我的心情异常激动，站到主席台旁边，我的'心里就更加激动了。我们高高地昂着头，迈着轻快的脚步，走上主席台。此时，我的心里就像怀了一窝小兔子似的——怦怦直跳。这时，我偷偷瞄了一下后面，发现我们班最调皮捣蛋的流星雨也静了下来，似乎他也知道这次比赛的意义了吧。当看见评委脸上那一丝丝笑意，我的心情就平缓了许多。可是，当我看到那两千多双炯炯有神的眼睛盯着我们时，我的心情又紧张了。伴奏响了，我不知所措，看了一下旁边的人的口型、动作，勉强跟了上来。随着音乐的结束，我们这批黑衣大军就浩浩荡荡地走下主席台。我也不再紧张了。

Runners please get everything ready!”On hearing this, the four girl runners of our class, Helen, Jane, Nora and Dinah, gathered quickly by the track and did some warming-up exercises①. With strong determination, Dinah said to her teammates, “We should win honour for our class and put up a good show.” After some time, teams from six other classes were entered. “On your marks,”the starter ② ordered. Then came the pistol shot③. At the sound of it, the first runners shot from their starting points. Many eyes turned to a thin sixteen-year-old girl named Helen who started very fast and became the first one. Soon the second runners already moving, grabbed ④ the sticks and raced on. Nora, the third runner had the stick and took the lead. Already running, Dinah reached for the stick. She was flying three or four steps ahead of the others. Dinah urged herself, “Faster! Faster!” We cheered for her, shouting at the top of our voice. Bit by bit, she pulled quite ahead. It was too late for the others to close the gap and we all sighed with relief. At the finishing line, Dinah was the first one that reached the end.

At that moment, nothing would have been more exciting. We laughed, shouted, and we were very proud of our heroines ⑤. We praised them for their good team work⑥.

When we at last received our certificate of award⑦, everyone in our class was smiling a happy smile. Though it was different from the champion of Olympic Games ⑧, we all thought that it was no less exciting.

今天，我参加了中央电视台希望之星英语风采大赛山东省德州赛区的复赛，可真谓难上加难，势比登天，真是上刀山下火海，难得不得了。但是即使这样，我也没灰心，反而振作了起来，用微笑和笑容迎接比赛。看着其他选手站在那里不知所措，紧张的不得了，我感觉他们真令人可悲。我相信，这些选手肯定在家练了不下百回，但到台上却瞠目结舌，“台词”也忘得一干二净了，只见他们站在那里，就像一个个泥雕，仿佛著名雕塑家罗丹的大作。但这不是比雕塑，而是比英语才能的发挥水平，比的'是英语口语。我作为一名普通的选手，看着就感觉苦笑不得。

虽然你不可能要求每一名选手都做到临危不惧这四个字，但也不能像老鼠遇上猫一样胆战心惊，双腿直发抖，不敢正视评委，把评委看成了高高在上的大法官，而把自己比成了即将被判刑的重刑犯。这些选手的滑稽“表演”，丝毫没影响到我。时间飞逝，当评委大声喊到张家泰三个字时，我一愣，随即从容大方的走上讲台，侃侃而谈起来，我把事先准备好的英语作文朗诵，我感觉我的英语作文就像洪水咆哮般涌来，富有激情和热情，我越说越兴奋，越说越高兴，仿佛这不是一场比赛，而是游乐园，使我没有压力。接下来的环节我表现依然best。但结束后，我对自己充满了信心，确信一定能进半决赛，接着进入那匪夷所思的决赛，并在决赛中胜出。

果不出我所料，到星期天去查询成绩时，看到入围名单上有陈骏彬三个大字时，我的心脏简直快蹦出来了，又是这幸运的三个字：陈骏彬。让我走上了半决赛之路，使我能够再一次在中央电视台希望之星英语风采大赛山东省德州市赛区的半决赛上展示自我，出人头地，鹤立鸡群，我真的是太开心了，但漫长的比赛之路又开始了，让我放下骄傲，迎来谦虚，最后走向成功，成就我的星光之梦，赢得一台台式联想四核液晶电脑，我正为此而努力着，加油吧！陈骏彬，你能行，下一个希望之星就是我。

今年的英语歌谣比赛，从各班的保密程度及互相打探军情的状况，可以得知大家无不摩拳擦掌，希望夺下冠军宝座。我们班也不例外，老师利用了音乐、体育课程，不断紧锣密鼓地练习，希望再度拿到好成绩。

时间不断地逼进，再过三天就要英语歌谣比赛了，同学们卖力地练习着跳舞、唱歌，一遍又一遍，此起彼落的歌声回荡在教室中，彷彿在诉说着我们有多么努力、认真。

回想起这几个星期来，从选歌曲到编舞，每一个人绞尽脑汁地设计动作，努力练习歌曲的练唱着。一开始练舞蹈动作时状况百出，有人像是木头人般毫无韵律感；有人则是节拍总跟不上；有些人懒散甚至浑水摸鱼，急得老师跳脚。大家总是等老师气到脸红脖子粗，如同火山爆发地破口大骂时，才一改懒散的态度严阵以待。

而妈妈在比赛这段时间，常常四处奔波只为了帮我们找寻适合歌曲的造型。有时我会陪妈妈一起去买材料，没想到常常在车上一等就是好几个小时。因妈妈对任何事都要求完美。他一直很在意每一个小细节，在家中总拿我当人形模特儿，让我试穿各类型的衣服，只为了表现歌曲本身的精随。有一次，下着滂沱大雨，妈妈一样坚持要到后火车站找寻配件，她说她希望每个同学都有最独一无二的'造型，并为我们留下美好的回忆。当时，我知道自己不能再懒散了，看着妈妈辛苦的付出，也让我学会了“欢喜做，甘愿受”的道理。

这几天我也不断地苦练吉他，希望把每一个音节修正到位。妈妈更是千万叮嘱地请吉他老师帮我试音、调音。希望在我们比赛时，我精湛的电吉它飙音技巧能为我们班的歌曲做一完美开场，在评审心中留下深刻的印象。

看着同学们卖力地扭动身躯，扯开喉咙地大声欢唱，汗水淋漓的脸庞为我们的努力见证着，虽无法预知三天后的比赛成绩，但是我知道我们团结努力地朝着目标前进的心，绝对无人能及！同学们，加油吧！

又到了三月底，当老师询问我是否要去参加央视的希望英语比赛时，我并没有像上次那样推脱，而是淡淡地答应。一瞬间，种种交杂着苦与乐的回忆涌上心头，而我明白，这令我又爱又恨的英语大赛，又将成为一个与众不同的挑战。

去年的三月底，英语培训班的老师也曾问我相同的问题。从来不爱出风头的我，虽然极不情愿，但还是被大家拉着去报了名。至此，令我难忘的训练时光缓缓拉开了序幕。

每天晚上七点的培训，令我只能一放学扒几口饭菜丢下书包就跑。那是是毕业班，放学晚，培训地点又远，真是没办法。第一轮只是笔试因此训练就是不停滴做题，然后听老师讲长篇大论的解题技巧，相当无聊。上完课，就得赶紧回家，赶完学习哦啊的作业，别提有多累了。而复赛的准备更是复杂：写演讲稿、背稿，准备回答评委的问题，还要不停修改稿子，研究语调、动作、发音。这，还算是简单的------道理后期，才艺表演、抽单词显示编故事、首字母故事接龙、模拟清静等各种项目五花八门地向你抛去，真不知该怎么办才好，只得无奈地感叹“时间都去哪儿了”。

筹备一段时间以后，比赛正式开始，抱着半推半就的'心情，我听过了笔试。复赛演讲那天，台下黑压压一片全是人，选手们都很有经验，真叫我自愧不如。怀着紧张的心情我上了台，勉勉强强完成任务，还算机智地回答了问题。虽然自己不是很满意，但结果竟然是我进入了厦门市决赛。后面赛事也是如此，在福建省省赛的半决赛中自以为表现并不十分出色，但总算是完成了任务，而且奇迹般地晋级了了！在省赛的决赛中，我败下阵来来，由于并不十分在意结果，我也没有太失望。

话虽如此，在这一段经历中我的确得到锻炼和收获。从刚开始的紧张、勉强到最后的泰然自若，令我明白凡是都要经过历练、方能熟能生巧；从刚开始时间的紧急、慌乱到后来的从容，告诉我时间需要安排；从刚开始的孤身奋战到最后前仆后继的“战友“陪伴，让我收获了友情与乐趣。培训也许是痛苦、枯燥的，但也令我收获了友情与知识；比赛也许是紧张、毫不留情的，单页令我明白了”人外有人、天外有天“的道理，令我得到了锻炼，提升了书评，有了与众不同的经历。回首过去，在我抱怨那次比赛的同时，我也逐渐开始享受比赛的刺激，体验挑战自我的乐趣，收获成功的喜悦。成绩并不重要，但我有了目标，我为之奋斗并收获了成功，我超越了自己也取得了进步。这才是最重要的，它足以抹去那次比赛中我所承受的压力与所有不愉快，足以令这次经历成为美好的回忆。

也许，在今年的英语大赛中，我还会抱怨，还会紧张，我还会有压力；但我还是准备迎接挑战，尽自己所能做到最好----毕竟，这是宝贵的经历。可能若干年后回首往事，我还会感叹：英语大赛啊，真令我又爱又恨。
